chronicles the restoration of my 1968 Datsun 2000 Roadster.
Today I removed what remained attached to the car's body. There were miscellaneous parts remaining in the engine bay and elsewhere, as well as some trim elements left. Basically I haven't touched the body since I removed it from the frame last summer and I am beginning to turn my attention in that direction.
First I removed the mechanics of the parking brake. Then I removed the stainless steel trim bits from the body and doors. Next I cleared all of the remaining hydraulic components from the engine bay. And last I removed the hinges from the trunk.
